The owner is wonderful and had great customer service. They are currently making a lot of updates to the hotel and the WiFi is superior. The lobby is clean and welcoming. Would recommend to anyone staying in the ft Riley area.
clean room, no bedbugs, a hot shower, and an excellent low price. these are important things to me and exactly all you'll get. bring your own soap, shampoo, and toilet paper because they are not provided. also count on having breakfast elsewhere because the "breakfast bar" has been abandoned by whoever runs the hotel. I'm ok with that though. I got a good night's sleep and got back on the road in the morning. that's really all I needed.
The owners hospitality make this an amazing stay. You can see that are working on this older property to maintain it and I applaud their efforts to restore it. It had everything I needed and more. What makes this stay a great place is the personal service that they provide and the affordable pricing for a long term ABnB rental! It’s very close to several restaurants, Starbucks, and a Super Walmart.
Friendly staff. Clean room. Comfortable beds. I had the "Check Engine" light turn on in my car and the Desk Attendant came outside, looked at my car. Told me that it was probably just a faulty sensor but he would get it checked out if necessary. I've been to plenty of hotels with the traveling that I do, but none compare to this place. I will be coming back

It's an inexpensive 2 star hotel you can't expect much. Free breakfast and coffee. It needs some updating and some general maintenance as well as the carpets could use a deep cleaning. But the Beds were comfortable and clean. The customer service was amazing.
I stayed here for 15 days while reporting to Ft. Riley. I was able to get a lot of money back because the daily rates are low compared to other places. I was very happy with the service and care that they provided.
First checked into 231 room was not clean beds slept in towels on floor .... They moved me to 222 .... That room had cob webs inside whole window seal, heat wouldn't work room was frezzing , cable didnt work . They say they clean 231 move me back it smells like a$$ sheets not changed, bed bugs crawling on celing. Got refund & left 3/321
